2008 Travel Time is Approaching

AIST will be sending out your package with details regarding your tour for the summer of 2008 approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. Make sure we have the correct address to ship your package. The package will include a detailed itinerary, airline e-ticket information, hotel information and instructions on how to meet the group. Make sure you make your final preparations for join the tour.

1. You must have a passport to travel to any international destination. Be sure you have it in time for your departure. If you don’t have it two weeks prior to your departure you need to contact the passport services and have it expedited immidiately.
2. Your final balance must be paid in full one month prior to your departure.
3. If you need a connecting flight to meet the group at the gateway airport, make sure you book it 2-3 months prior to departure.

You should be receiving your statements by email, if you have not been receiving them please contact the office.
