Italy Baseball Tour 2011
On this tour you will spend time in Rome, Florence, San Marino, Remini Beach and Como with guided tours and some sightseeing on your own. Club level teams will be hosting us from all over Italy. The competition here is very high and the sights are amazing. This tour includes breakfast everyday and some dinners, sightseeing excursions and round trip airfare from New York area as well as a bi-lingual guide to be with group throughout the tour. You will be competing in the Lake Como tournament during the last couple days of this tour.
Cost of Tour: This tour is by invitation only. To get the cost of this tour please contact the office by email with your name, school and position. Roster spots are now open for this tour.

Tentative Itinerary

| 1 | Depart USA for Rome, Italy. |
| 2 | Arrival in Rome international airport and meeting with your bilingual tour manager. They will take care of all your needs during your Italian tour. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Lunch on your own and transfer to the city centre for a guided tour of the fantastic works of art, like the Roman Forums, the Spanish Steps and the Coliseum (entry ticket not included). Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |
| 3 | After breakfast, transfer to the City for exploring the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and other sights of Rome. In the morning, we will take a guided tour of Roman Ruins and Coliseum. Later, transfer to the Vatican City where you may have an optional visit of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Cathedral otherwise time for shopping. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. Exhibition game 1 in the evening. |
| 4 | After Breakfast, enjoy a half day on your own exploring Rome. Depart for Montecatini in mid afternoon. Upon arrival, enjoy some free time to explore on your own. Dinner and overnight in Montecatini. |
| 5 | After breakfast, in the morning transfer to Pisa for a guided visit. Lunch on your own. Departure to Lake Como arriving late in the evening. Possible game in the evening. Dinner and overnight in Montecatini. |
| 6 | After breakfast, Depart for Florence. In the mid afternoon we will depart for the Republic of San Marino. Game 2 and 3 vs. local team in the evening. Dinner and overnight in San Marino. |
| 7 | After breakfast, guided tour of San Marino and free time to explore on your own. In the evening, game 4 and 5 vs. local San Marino team. Dinner and overnight in San Marino. |
| 8 | After practice, morning transfer to Lake Como. Tournament Begins in the evening Game 6. Dinner and overnight in Lake Como. Dinner and overnight in Lake Como. |
| 9 | Tournament Continues Game 7. Enjoy some sightseeing around Lake Como. If there is time we will schedule a boat ride to Bellagio where you can spend some time exploring this unique town on the Lake. Or you have the option of taking a day trip to Milan. Dinner and overnight in Lake Como. |
| 10 | Optional day trip to Milan for some sightseeing and shopping in the fashion capital of the world. Finals of the tournament, closing ceremonies with awards will follow the games. Dinner and overnight in Lake Como. |
| 11 | Depart for Milan Airport for returning flight home. |

Other costs incurred will depend on each individual’s spending habits. Connecting airfare to departure city, souvenirs, some meals and any personal expenses will not be covered by American International Sports Teams.
