Depart for guided tour of Berlin. Your local tour guide will provide a 2 hour tour of the city center and top attractions to visit. You’ll have free time to explore the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden Blvd and the Kurfurstendamm. You can’t know Berlin until you’ve strolled the Ku’damm, that glossy, store-lined showcase of western capitalism, or Unter den Linden, the Prussian centerpiece of the Berlin-Mitte district. Today is the start of the Berlin open. Game times TBA.
After breakfast you can spend the day at the Alexanderplatz. The Alexanderplatz, named for Russian Czar Alexander I, was the center of activity in the old East Berlin. This square has brightened considerably since reunification, though aesthetically speaking it’s got a long way to go. Neon lights and bright murals now coexist alongside the dull and fading GDR-era structures, and street musicians and small markets give the area new life. Other options include Checkpoint Charlie, Fernsehturm as well as many museums and attractions. Tournament Continues.
Finals of the tournament and closing ceremonies.
After breakfast, depart to Prague Czech Republic. Guide tour of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the Old town. Enjoy some free time to explore on your own. Overnight in Prague.
After breakfast, you can spend the day exploring Prague on your own. Take a tour of the Prague Castle, or climb to the top of the Cathedral for a beautiful view of the city. Bargain with the street vendors to get some nice souvenirs on Charles Bridge, or relax at a local cafe and enjoy the day.
Enjoy your last day as you would like. You’ll have the day to explore museums, the city center or shop for souvenirs. Farewell dinner in the evening.
