Complete Package - The complete package includes airfare with the group. The flight schedule will be from an airport near the groups preferred departure city (TBA). If you plan to fly with the group select the Complete Package option. (Deviations are not allowed on most flights, if you plan to stay longer or travel on different dates than the group flight, you should consider the ground package option.) Ground Package - If you prefer to book your own airfare select the ground package only option. You will be responsible for booking all flights and making arrangements to catch up with the group at your own expense.

T-Shirts are unisex, please order appropriately. In most cases we get an A4 dry fit style shirt for our groups.

Room Size Request:*
Players will be subject to the rooming list created by AIST and their coaches. If you are not a player and you are joining the tour as a friend or family member you have the option of choosing who you will room with and what size room. On most tours, twin beds are available in the hotels. If you would prefer a double bed as a couple please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. All room sizes are subject to availability.
Billing Options:*
Please indicate how you would like to set up your account for billing. In some cases, coach/staff tour cost will be billed to the "TEAM" account as one. Select Individual if you will be sending payments for your account directly to AIST.

Cancellation Policy:*
The initial deposit is fully refundable until 130 days prior to departure 130 – 100 Days prior to departure, $500 per person will be non-refundable 99 – 61 days prior to departure, 75% of the total trip cost land and air will be non-refundable 60 – Days prior to departure, there will be no refunds Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be given. This includes any unused portion of the tour.

Waiver Statement:*
I recognize that because of the potential hazardous nature of this activity that an injury might be sustained. In the event of such an injury to myself, if I or my family members cannot be contacted, I give my permission to the attending physician to render such treatment as would be normal and agree to pay the usual charges for such treatment. I now release American International Sports Teams Inc., its employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from responsibility for any personal injuries to property caused by or having any relation to this activity. I understand that this release applies to any present or future injuries and that it binds my heirs, executors and administrators. I understand that participants may be videotaped or photographed during this activity. I have read this release and understand all of its terms. I sign voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

Covid-19 Policy*
I'm aware that I am registering for an international tour during or after the Covid-19 Pandemic. There may be services and sightseeing options limited due to the concerns of Covid-19 during my tour. I understand that there may be disruptions due to the uncertainty of Covid-19. AIST will not be responsible for any issues related to Covid-19.
