This registration form is for all passengers joining our AIST select teams competing internationally. Players, friends, family and coaches register below to finalize your place on the travel roster.

In most of Europe we will only be able to get double and single rooms. If you require a single room (1 person in the room) there is an additional fee. All room selections are subject to availability but we will accommodate the best we can. Quad rooms are extremely rare.

Agreements and Signature
Please be sure to read the cancellation policy. There is a very strict policy on dropping from the tour and you could incur heavy penalty fees depending on when you drop. We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance. AIST does not sell insurance but we can get you in contact with someone who can help you.

Cancellation Policy:*
The initial deposit at time of registration is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After August 1 in the year prior to your departure, the total cancellation fee will be $500. There are no exceptions for the cancellation fee. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 130 and 110 days prior to departure. A cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 109 and 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations made within 59 days of departure will receive no refund. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to AIST at info@aist.us. AIST will do their best to eliminate cancellation fees when possible however, this is dependent upon our suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour.
