Megan Armes played NCAA D1 Lacrosse at St. Mary’s College of California ‘11-15, earning MPSF First-Team Honors in 2014 and led the MPSF in caused turnovers her senior year. Armes is currently the Head Coach at St. Margaret’s Espiscopal School in Southern California. She is also the co-founder, recruiting director and coach for Frenzy LC; the only all-female run lacrosse club in California. Armes recently coached for the Corrigan Sports All-America West Burn team and is a 2x USA Lacrosse High School National Team Coach.  During her high school career, Armes was an All-American, South Coast First Team and All-County First Team Repeat Honoree. In 2013, Megan traveled with AIST and competed on their UK Tour. Her fondest memories and playing experience through AIST came full circle when she returned to coach for AIST in 2023.
